CIRCLE-use works to make the world greener through reuse and social responsibility. We ensure that products that would otherwise be burned or destroyed – for example due to color defects, leftovers, surplus stock, or discontinued models – instead get a new life with people who need them.
By collaborating with companies, we donate these items, document the impact of the donations, create local jobs, and reduce CO₂ emissions. The result? A sustainable solution that benefits both people and the environment – with the belief that together, we can make a real difference.

Meet Pauline
Behind CIRCLE-use is Pauline – a passionate person with a strong belief that small actions can create big change. The idea for CIRCLE-use arose when she repeatedly saw good products go to waste while others lacked them. It felt wrong – and became the beginning of a mission to connect companies with surplus goods to people who need a helping hand.
For Pauline, sustainability is not only about the environment but also about community and responsibility. She believes that we can all make a difference when we share what we have and use resources with care.

What can we donate?
Almost anything! There are incredibly many things that have little use here at home but can be of great benefit elsewhere in the world.
Can I donate things that are broken?
Yes, in most cases. CIRCLE-use will assess the item upon delivery/collection.
The assessment is based on whether the item can be repaired either locally or in the recipient country.
Can I donate as a private individual?
Yes! You can take part in the work for sustainable economic development whether you are a business or a private person.
Does it cost money to donate?
Yes, everyone who donates helps pay for transportation costs. Businesses will be able to use the donation in ESG reporting.
The price depends on demand and current container prices. Contact us for more information.
Where can I deliver donations?

Can I help in other ways?
Yes, we are looking for volunteers for administrative tasks such as:
– accounting assistant
– fundraising
– partnership advisor
